Tiger Woodsโ€™ winning ball from the 1997ย Mastersย could be missing forever after a billionaire admitted that he does not know where the hugely valuable artefact is. The ball ended up in the hands of Warren Stephensโ€™ son but its current location is unclear.

Stephens is the founder of The Alotian Club and his father, Jackson T. Stephens, was once the chairman of Augusta National. He and his son were present on the day that Woods won the Masters 27 years ago.

His eldest son was positioned on the 18th hole when Woods sealed his first major. Stephens claims that the ball ended up in his sonโ€™s hands, likely thanks to the golfing icon himself.

However, despite the fact it would likely auction for millions, the 67-year-old is unsure of its current location.
