Simone Bilesโ€™ journey is the dream of every aspiring gymnast. Although Biles started gymnastics at the age of 6, which is considered late by many, she has proven that success in the sport is not about when you begin but how you maximize your potential and work ethic. Biles’ natural talent and determination have made her gymnastics’ G.O.A.T., winning 11 Olympic medals over a nearly 20-year career. Recognizing talent comes naturally to her. Birz has recently met a promising young gymnast, a new 5 -year -old Davidson. “I think the [2036 Olympics] can certainly be an opportunity for her,” said a new mother, Tiffany Davidson. Nova, a Level 4 gymnast from Virginia, has already started making waves in the sport. She made her television debut in early October on the popular daytime talk show The Talk, where Biles made a surprise appearance and expressed her support for the young gymnast. Biles praised Nova’s talent and recalled meeting her earlier this year. During the performance, Biles also presented Nova with a special swimsuit from her upcoming holiday collection, making Nova the first person to receive the exclusive design. Biles is currently on her Gold Over America tour, which recently stopped at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida. The tour features top gymnasts including Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles and Hezley Rivera, who will perform in 30 arenas across the United States this fall. Nova and her mother were also in attendance at the event, and Biles made a special gesture to the young gymnast by sharing an Instagram Story with her, Nova, and Sarita Scarlett, owner of custom clothing and accessories brand Pressed by Sarita. The caption read, “Personally delivered by the GOAT,” acknowledging the special moment, with Biles calling Nova the future “GOAT” of gymnastics. Nova’s swimsuit was designed by Sarita Scarlett herself.

Nova expressed her admiration for Biles and wore a T-shirt with Biles’ face on it during the event. Nova’s gymnastics skills caught Biles’ attention earlier this year, but the story behind them is just as noteworthy: In July 2024, a video of Nova practicing her gymnastics on a balance beam in her living room went viral, garnering nearly 56 million views on Instagram. The video was posted by her mother, Tiffany, a former competitive cheerleader, and her father, T.J., a former track athlete. Though both her parents are athletic, they are still amazed by Novaโ€™s natural talent for gymnastics. At 5 years old, Nova is already training at Level 4, although she is not yet old enough to compete at that level. She trains 12 hours a week and is always falling, according to her father. At her first gymnastics meet, she placed first on balance beam, uneven bars and floor exercise, and third on vault. Her favorite event is floor exercise.

Nova started gymnastics early, attending her first Mommy & Me class at age two, and was able to participate in private classes by age three. Simone Birz provides Nova’s advice and encourages him to always enjoy and live. In an inspiration -like building, Nova has already dreamed of her, and she may be the next knowledge of gymnastics.
