Former PGA Tour winner and golf commentator dies..

Former PGA Tour winner and SiriusXM Radio tournament commentator Mark Carnevale died Monday, one week after playing his final tournament, the PGA Tour announced. He was 64 years old. The tour was not revealed and simply said he was dead.

 

“His humor, his knowledge, his enthusiasm for his games and life will be very overlooked,” said a social network tour. Carnebale won the Katanuga Classic in 1992 and was appointed a newcomer for the PGA tour. He then went on to win what is now the Korn Ferry.

The Circuit Court said only that he “died suddenly,” without disclosing the cause of death. In a social media post, the tour said, “His humor, knowledge and enthusiasm for the game and life will be greatly missed.”

 

Carnevale won the Chattanooga Classic in 1992 and was named the PGA Tour’s Rookie of the Year. He continued to win that he is now Korn Ferry.
