The PGA Tour’s fall schedule may not have as many golfing superstars, but the intrigue in the sport never fades. This is a key time for many, as the points earned in these events will have a major impact on the status of the FedEx Cup, which ultimately determines next year’s PGA Tour competitors. Since only the top 125 retain their membership cards, those below the threshold are in grave danger. Even those higher up are in trouble depending on how well they perform until the end. With that in mind, here are five golfers who may have to do something special to avoid the dubious distinction.
Golfers at risk of losing their PGA Tour membership
Kevin Tuohy

Kevin Tuohy is in a tough spot right now. He’s the No. 1 player not currently ranked in the top 125. At 126th place, Tway is very close to breaking that threshold. He’s the closest, and that’s good news. The bad news is that it is much higher than others, and still lacks glasses for the 2025 card income. Finally, we occupied T35 with black dessert championship. Joe Highsmith

PGA Tour golfer Joe Highsmith currently holds a slight lead. He is ranked 125th and could be the last golfer eligible for membership in 2025. Highsmith leads his nearest rival, Matt Wallace, by 1,021 points. Despite his slim lead, Highsmith will not only need to perform well but also continue to outperform players lower down the standings this year in order to retain his tour card. He finished 16th at the Shriners Children’s Open with a higher score.
Alexandre Tosti

Alejandro Tosti had some great performances this season, but was too few to secure a spot on next year’s roster. He’s currently ranked 127th, so he has some catching up to do. He’s only three points behind the 125th-ranked golfer, so he has a chance to bounce back in the coming weeks. T9 was T9 at the opening of the children of Shriners, so he jumped a little in the standings.
Matt Wallace
Matt Wallace is currently 124th
Matt Wallace barely holds his PGA Tour membership card. Currently, you need 124th place, which means that a bad performance in one of the remaining tournaments can dive. This is only four predicted points above 126th place, which is a thin edge to control for the fall. Wallace has mainly played in DP World Tour events, including the recent Andalusia Masters, which was a T20 tournament. Joel Dahmen

Joel Dahmen entered last week and placed 124th out of 125. Then he experienced the unimaginable. Golphist was surprised at the four -step problem with the fact that his bag was an additional club and a clear director of his shopping cart. After that, I sat down in the latter and Damen had to leave. He’s not in the best position to retain his PGA Tour membership card, having fallen to 129th over the weekend. Damen will be competing in the Zozo Championship this weekend.
