Dolphins Updated IR Tracker

Dolphins Update IR Tracker Miami Dolphins can now designate two more players to return this season Miami Dolphins brought back one of their players on Tuesday as they activated the set Wide receiver River Cracraft and running back De’Von Achane could follow suit sooner rather than later.
However, the downside is that the team is ready to run out of chances to bring back injured reserve players for the 2023 season.
Achane becomes the sixth player the Dolphins named back, which is still missing two more players limits the eight shots – a player can be brought back twice but each move counts as one.
That would cost the Dolphins two moves with eight weeks left in the 2023 regular season.
In addition to Achane, the Dolphins have three injured players eligible to return this season: receivers wide receiver Erik Ezukanma, running back Chris Brooks and guard Isaiah Wynn.
The players previously designated to return from IR and ultimately activated were guard Robert Jones, running back Jeff Wilson Jr.
, cornerback Jalen Ramsey and tackle Terron Armstead.
Based on the rule that a player is forced to miss four games when placed on IR, Ezukanma is eligible to return to practice within a few weeks; Brooks will be eligible next week before the Black Friday game against the New York Jets; and finally Wynn next week ahead of the game against the Washington Commanders on December 3.
The Dolphins will certainly be cautious with their remaining moves to give themselves as much flexibility as possible along the way.
For those wondering about cornerback Nik Needham, who was activated from Reserve/PUP a few weeks ago, this does not count towards the eight-hit limit as this rule only applies to IR and at NFI.
WHAT THE 2022 DOLPHIN IR LIST LOOKS LIKE So how does the Dolphins’ injury situation (specifically IR) compare to what happened last season?
