Injury update for the Indianapolis Colts: RT Smith has a limited practice.

In advance of their Sunday matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Indianapolis Colts released their Thursday injury report for Week 6 of the NFL season today.

Due to a concussion, tight end Mo Alie-Cox was restricted in practice today.
Alie-Cox led a restricted practice today, which suggests he won’t be available for Sunday’s game.
To help with the tight end depth if Alie-Cox is unable to play, anticipate rookie tight end Will Mallory to be active on game day.

Due to wrist and foot injuries, right tackle Braden Smith had trouble during practice today. Smith completely missed practice yesterday, so it’s encouraging to see him able to practice in some capacity today.
Smith’s health appears to be improving, so he should be available on Sunday.
The Colts will have to make a difficult decision regarding Smith’s replacement if he is unable to play on Sunday due to the possibility of additional line injuries that could tax their resources.

Today’s practice saw full participation from left tackle Bernhard Raimann.
With back-to-back full practices, Raimann seems to be nearing the end of the concussion protocol as he recovers from a concussion.
Similar to Raimann, defensive end Kwity Paye will need a separate neurologist to give them the all-clear to prepare for Sunday after they both had back-to-back full practices.

Shaquille Leonard, a linebacker, participated fully in today’s practice.
Due to a groin injury, Leonard was unable to play in last week’s game, but he appears to have recovered quickly and will be ready to play on Sunday.
